The boats ‘Morges’, ‘Lavaux’ and ‘Valais’ constitute the most recent additions to our fleet. They are comfortable, and offer an interesting alternative for medium-sized or small groups.
Of course, providing food is inevitably more demanding than on the other boats. Since we are keen to follow our philosophy of cooking all the dishes on board, to guarantee the freshness of our products, we offer you a specific range of dishes that takes account of their distinctive characteristics.

For a private cruise, you have the entire boat at your disposal. We can therefore adapt our service to your requirements. Our only limits are dictated by what is feasible, and by our determination to preserve the quality of the services provided.

Since we set great store by offering fresh products, we always cook all the dishes on board. Consequently, we have developed a general range of dishes for the entire fleet, as well as a specific range that takes account of the particular features of the boats ‘Morges’, ‘Lavaux’ and ‘Valais’.
These culinary offers are sophisticated but not pretentious, with a good quality/price ratio.
